Ford? CM? Chrysler? Advancement and those names don't go together. They
may be there to ensure any developments don't impinge on their own vested
interests. Not encouraging at all to see those names involved. I recall
IBM on international network standards committees - I would occassionally be
in the meets. They gave lip service, but were there to protect their
propriety lines - and did. I see the same.
There has been some major steps in LIth-Ion, Lith-Poly and Toshiba has
announced a battery that can take 80% charge in 1 minute. All these
batteries have multitude of application, from autos, cell phones to PV
roofs. Can't wait to see them - if the price is right.
