I just read about the 'Personal Energey Credit'.

It states:
"This new credit is limited to a lifetime amount of $500, and it only
applies to 10% of qualified energy efficiency improvements...."

"Exterior windows, including those in skylights.. livetime limit of $200).

10%? With a $500 cap?!?! What kind of an incentive is this.

Just like the $3,400 'insentive' to buy a $40,000 hybrid car...

Am I reading these things wrong.. or are they just stupid?

It must be a joke as you don't provide a single clue about who is
offering this credit.
