My recording equipment observed the voltage go down from 242 to 235V between
17h30 and 19h30. This is only a 3% reduction.

Any way to post graphics onto this newsgroup? I'd like to post the actual
graph of the event.

Post it on a WWWebsite (many free ones, if Sympatico doesn't give you
one with your account) and post a pointer
