Savory SPAM Oven Roasted Turkey Mega-Muffins

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups cream
1 6-oz. package cornbread stuffing mix
1 12-oz. can SPAM Oven Roasted Turkey, cut into 1/2" cubes
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries

Cooking Directions:
Heat oven to 350=B0. Combine eggs and cream in a large bowl. Add
stuffing mix, SPAM and cranberries. Stir until evenly mixed. Allow to
set for 5 minutes. Spoon mixture into a greased mega-muffin tin. Bake
for 25-30 minutes or until set and not tacky when lightly touched in
center. Allow to set for 5-10 minutes before serving.
