OPEC just bought TXU energy for several billion dollars, to prevent TXU
from building 4 coal powered power plants.
By creating a false shortage of energy, OPEC will be able to control the
political and economic system in the US....

Effectively that's true, and possibly literally, since Arab petrodollars
are probably part of the private equity fund that's buying TXU.
