Hopefully after we have tried a lot of less destructive ways of
persuading them. But, yes, as a final resort, some sort of force may be
necessary. The combined might of the rest of the world should be able
to do it - or preferably intimidate the Chinese without actually having
to attack them.

Ditto, of course, for Americans.
