| Right follow me here, in order to extract power from the vacuum, we must
have a potential in the circuit in order to order up the space power.
Yes there have been various solutions put forward but they have all brought
their own little quirkish problems, :- keeping the potential in the circuit.
Well the solution is use your capacitors and resistor as per suggested
circuits, I/e charge up the circuit, and have a static potential field
generation outside the circuit restoring and renewing potential but not part
of the connected circuit..
