I got the system to call my a phone number when the alarm goes off but there
seams to be a long delay before it says the message. Any ideal where the
delay feature is so that I can make it start talking as soon as there is an
answer? I have looked at all of the features and can't seam to find it.
Any ideas?

Got an OMNI Pro II system.

It has a dial out delay by default of 15 seconds, you can turn that off
