I would need to see evidence to believe this "researcher"
This fairly recent report thinks cooler temperatures are the way to go _if_
treated with ozone.

As you are probably aware, people are dropping like flies in hospitals here
from the MRSA bug which seemingly is not touched by a 40c wash but is when
laundry is given a very hot wash.
