| I have 8.6 acres of land in the province of Quebec Canada that I am
desperate to sell. I am asking $5,000.00 an acre . The land can be used for
commercial or residential. I need to get rid of this land NOW. Serious

A year ago you were asking less than $2000/acre. If you're desperate,
why are you jacking up the price so much?
