| Hi,
I'm looking for any recommendations for builders/contractors to finish
my basement. Welcome any builders to avoid as well.

| There are many good builders in this area. Many of those will not be
interested in a small job. One good way to find one is to interview those
who did renovations for neighbors or friends.
Make sure that you have a good design / plan ahead of time, prior to
negotiations.
