Author plans for concrete pad for building permite

I have been leaving messages for the concrete contractor for 3 days to get
me his pans for a shop I am going to have him pour, but he is not returning
calls and that is the only thing holding me up for getting my permit for the
every thing I am planning for the year on this permit.

What is the standard in Arizona for a 24x40 shop with light duty like just a
pickup parking and tools for a wood working area? I am talking about
footing, rebar, wire, and the thickness of all.

I think the footing all the way around is 12" wide and 12" deep and the rest
is 3.5 - 4" thick. and I do not know the placement of the rebar and what
ever we will need.

I was thinking of drawing it out to give to the county just to get the plans
if there is a normal in the specs. I can deal with the contractor later..

thanks for your help.
