| Hi all,
I am in the process of doing a degree. I am conducting a very simple
survey
asking people the following question.
If you were having a building project done for yourself, would you be
willing to pay a little more to use sustainable, environmentally
friendly
products?
I would be gratefull for any replies.. a simple yes or no would be
fine.

The company uses wood in their products so they go plant 2 trees a month and
say they have sustainable, environmentally friendly products, and charge ½
again as much for them.
The treehuggers flock to buy them, causing the "big evil Corproration" to
make even more obscene profits.
I am sure there are some companies really doing what they say, but most are
a fraud.

First provide a precise definition of the terms "sustainable" and
"environmentally friendly". Without definitions, those words mean nothing
more than a sales or marketing phrase.

| I would not pay one cent more for "environmentally friendly products".
This is because environmentalists have gone way overboard pushing through
laws which drive up the cost of everything for everyone. And many times
these laws are ridiculous.
Could this be a "backlash" to the environmentalists and their silly laws?

And diminish the economies sustainability. This due to tree-huggers throwing
roadblocks in the way of entrapreauship, the biggest factor in
sustainability (and creating a better environment through market forces, not
"gun point" that the environuts suggest).

One can only hope, especially that people see the "environmental" movement
for the fraud it is.

No. Appraisers & realtors give a zero adder for this. Your investment is
0 ROI from the onset.
