Help identifying fan

| I need to find the manufacturer of an old 4-blade ceiling fan in my
house. I don't see a brand name anywhere on it, but there is a
sticker
on top that says "Ceiling fan e77491 / Model Harbor / G series G-52 /
120 volts / 50Hz/60Hz / 0.88 amps. 106 watts / 5AO-0074 / No. 005650
/Made in Taiwan"
Can anyone help me, or direct me to someplace where someone can
identify this?
Thank you.

| Maybe "Harbor" means "Harbor Breeze", which is the store brand of
Lowes.
Why do you need to ID the fan? Are you trying to match it or fix it?
If you have to match it, you may be in trouble. If it died, considering
it's old, replace it .

| I don't need to work on it. I need to research the manufacturer.
Does anyone else have any way of tracking them down?

| You've piqued my curiosity. Did the fan fall off while spinning and
decapitate your mom? Must'a been messy.
You might try the form at

If you post a pic somewhere, it would help.
