Emerging Technology

| There is a major technology revolution about to fly. Incorporating
sensors, wireless networks, radio frequency identification and smart
dust. These technologies have the potential to frighten us or in fact
provide a vital solution to some of the world's most compelling
problems. Private housing, commercial property, cities and public
infrastructure can remarkably benefit from these smart technologies.
But how? What are the major needs, pain points in the building industry
for example? Issues like sustainability, energy efficiency, security,
safety, disability access, property managemen, compliance, etc how can
we bring emerging technologies to this debate? How can this technology
help us deliver better care in the community? What can nano technology
offer Joe Citizen? I wish to collaborate with stakeholders in this area
as these technologies are here looking for solutions and ready to help.
Humanity needs these solutions, not just big business.
Warmest regards
Dermott Reilly
