Author Deck Post Hole - wet clay, water in the hole

Just had my post holes auger'd out to 38" deep.

In some holes, not all, we hit some very wet clay about 25" down, and
now some of the holes have ground water in them.

Closest hole with this issue is around 3' from the house. Not all
holes were wet or now have water, and they are dispersed ~45' across
the foundation, and 20' out.

The water level appears to be below the foundation, but it is hard to
tell because the grade slopes away from the house quickly.

First, do I need to be concerned about all of this moisture in the
ground close up to the house? I have no issues with water in the
basement, and we built the house over eight years ago.

Second, should I find a way to remove the water from the holes before I
put my concrete in the bottom?

Thanks
