The laws are now in effect. Home sale disclosures etc. Landlords are now
subject to lead swipes in 4 rooms and then clean up if necessary. Window
replacements, door jams etc. Has anyone gone through this yet or lost their
C of O on their property due to failure?

Anyone use any encapsualtion products yet that are State approved? I'd be
interested in seeing what others are doing to find the happy medium in this
costly event.
