Hello

Does anyone know the book price for m2 plasterboarding on a new build on
metal lathe?

There is no Universal "book price".

It varies by market area, labor pool availability and in some
markets..whether work is being done by competing "llegal" Mexican crews,
thereby driving the price down. You'll have to get local quotes

eg our 2740 sf house in AZ was boarded for 10 cents a SF and taping/texture
finishing was another 10 cents sf in 1998.
