I am reroofing my house with 3' metal roofing panels and need advice on how
to install 2 valleys using 20" w valley.

What specifically are you asking? Lay down some ice and water in the
valley, lay the W flashing on top, cut your panels so they stop short
of the center rib. You don't say what type of metal--standing seam or
ag steel.
