The scam continues with PREMIER HOMES/5Star Homes and Altura Homes are
in bed together and cheating home buyers in North Texas. I am about
finished with my investigation and if any one needs any assitance in
trying to express their grieveance and get their money back. You can
post or email me at rickmilteer@hotmail.com.

They are cheating people in McKinney and Little Elm, Texas. Buyers
beware and you have rights to get your money back!

This remark contains untrue information. Altura Homes is not affiliated with Premier Homes or 5 Star Homes. Altura Homes purchased Countryside Homes in January 2006. Countryside has been around for 20+years and has a great reputation amongst their cus
tomers and Altura Homes continues the tradition. Premier and Five Star were created as new independent ventures in early 2005 and were never affiliated with Countryside or Altura Homes. Webb Family Builders is a 1% general partner of Premier & Five St
ar.

Maybe the ownership has changed but you're a lame counter argument with your
childish response. How about addressing the posters contentions rather than
knee-jerk denial?

Given your response, I'd say the OP has made a better case than you have.

IAC, the jury is still out.
