Author roof and wall sheathing

anyone have any experience with the engineered sheathing with built in
vapor barrier and water retarder (i.e. huber products). i'm just
curious as to the cost of this material versus traditional sheathing
and felt or house wrap. i'm not to familiar with this product, just
researching a little. i'm still convinced that traditional house wrap
and flashing is very effective if installed properly although this
engineered sheathing seems to have good curb appeal during the
construction phase which might lure in prospective customers. any info
would be appreciated.

thanks. jason
