Author SIP - building a new house

I have been told good things about using SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) for exterior structure of the house. I am in a design phase and would like to learn more about SIPs (more meaning both good and not so good things).

The new house will be in Seattle area. It will have stucco and stone veneer exterior. Most likely it will sit on crawlspace. I am thinking about using water based radiant floor heating system which, I assume, would also allow me to use SIPs for floors.

I would appreciate any info about SIPs. Thanks.
