Author Primer over polurethane?

I am painting my existing exterior doors. Currently they have oil base
polyurethane on them now. I wish to paint them. That is the best primer to
adhere to oil base polyurethane before I apply paint?

Thanks!

You need an exterior oil based primer , sand the surface first , dust
off , then wipe down w/ Will-Bond or simiar product . Apply primer
within 15 min. allow to dry 24 hr. sand lightly w/ # 220 sand
paper , apply 2 coats of finish paint . oil or latex based .
