Modular Home Additions?

| Has anyone out there put a modular addition onto a modular home?
I have what I believe is a modular home, it's 24 deep by 48 wide. I
found a 28 x 28 modular floor plan which I'd like to attach to the side
of the home to give us more room, and a 2nd floor. Just wondered how
well this works, if at all. We need more space but do not want to move.
