I have a retaining wall around my patio that is approximately 1 foot
off of the ground. I want to build a small "lip" around that
retaining wall. How do I get the concrete I am about to pour to
"adhere" to the existing concrete retaining wall? I do not want to
drill into the retaining wall. Any suggestions?
