Recommend Electrician Tools

I am a seasoned DIY'er. I would like to purchase a good set of electrician
tools for MINOR work, replace outlets, install a light switch.
Of course, I will make sure the current is turned OFF to the circuit before
I poke around.
Any recommendations on a beginner set of electrical tools? Klein has a 14
piece set, but they state the tools are not insulated. Is this a big issue?

What do the pro's use for electrical work?
