I noted a couple of weeks back my spuds were getting brown spots on some of
the leaves, so I picked off the bad ones and sprayed it thoroughly with
copper solution, and have occasionally been picking browned leaves off ever
since. Today I looked and it's got much much worse and I wanted to know if
you think it's worth carrying on or if I should just ditch the plant now?

The leaves look like so:

and I only noted today that there was a lot of mould growing on and around
the stems:

I've just dowsed the plant in copper solution again, but I fear all I've
done is just wash the mould further into the soil. What do you think? Is it
a goner or is it worth waiting?
