I have just had extension on the house and I have a 6 foot by around
15 foot south facing fence. I was wondering about some fruit to grow
there. Peach - nectarine - vine - nuts or whatever? Something
attractive and practical I live in Worcestershire.
Thanks

I personally don't enjoy nectarines or apricots. Peaches are one of my
favorite fruits. Get one that is suited for your area. Then you could
figure out a way to also put in a grape vine or two.
If you can buy dwarf trees, you have room to put in two of them (they are
planted 10 ft apart), or you could put in one and an apple that doesn't need
another tree to get it pollinated.

i seem to remember there was a very informative article on growing
peaches in the UK in one the recent editions of the garden magazine.
without checking i wouldn't know what issue, but i believe its either
aug or sept 05, and i'm sure they sell old issues. email them
