| Been growing potatoes in containers, regularly earthing up, they are growing
like mad. When do harvest them, seen something about when flowers appear
they are ready. Is this correct because there are some flowers ?

When the flowers are fully open, feel down the side of one
or two of the containers and check the size of some the
potatoes. They probably need to be size of eggs at least.
The fact that the tops are showing plenty of growth isn't any
real indicator as that simply depends on how much nitrogen
the plants have had.

| Thanks Michael I will do just that, plants have got flowers on but only the
odd one or two, I'll wait a bit longer.
