Ooops, sorry for the duplicate post. I'm using www.gardenbanter.co.uk to
use the group these days, and I managed to hit Submit twice.

If people are unaware of gardenbanter, do take a look. It assembles all
gardening-related newgroups in one place and uses a vBulletin interface
- which personally I like.

We're all too aware of the crappy website, from what its dozier
members inflict on this newsgroup.

It assembles all

then it moderates them, drops half of them, garbles the threads and
generally makes a dogsdinner of them. If you want to see all garden
newsgroups in one place, unmolested, try google/groups. Or, simply get
an proper newsreader which will provide as many as you want..offline,
even.
