Tatung F-series low volts on audio amp.

Hi,
We have a Deccacolour D14RFG6 with low volume.
(F-series Tatung?)
Thought it was in hotel mode but found only 10v on pin 1 of the
TDA7052A
instead of the expected 18v.
Any suggestions?
Perhaps a kind person could send me a scan of that part of the circuit
which supplies Vp.
