All,

Has anyone heard of Remax going to 95/5 split as of May 2005? I have a
one broker offering:
100% + monthly desk fee + $226 monthly remax fee + $390 annual remax
fee.

and another broker cliaming Remax no longer offers 100% and, therefore,
offering:
95% + slightly lower monthly fee + $226 monthly remax fee + $390 annual
fee.

How can I determine the objective truth?
