approved scope of RMB 80 million Trust issuance for this project at
early April 2005.
Beijing International Trust & Investment Co.,Ltd. (BITIC) collected RMB

80 million at middle April 2005.
The expiration date of BITIC trust were April 15th, 2006
We intent to borrow Hard money loan / Short term bridge loans AMT:est
USD12,000,000
Collateral: Swap from BITIC
Term:6-12 months
Cost: We pay annual 10% against loan amount
