I like your website and your attitude on ethics, but didn't you know it's
unethical to post advertisements on Usenet? Even having a bloated sig like
mine is questionable, but far better than spamming. BTW I'm from your area.
I trained someone who is doing "PRE pre-construction." The developers give
him a 10% discount below the normal pre-construction offers. He sells them
before they even get zoning. He say's he's sold homes from a sketch on a
napkin. Is that what you do?

I guess you're working the one that's going up across from Terramar Island?
I live several blocks away in the Atlantis (1000 S Ocean Blvd.) Boy are
things growing around here! Hopefully it will have a positive impact on my
condo's value. What's up with Sonnata? I can see it from my window and the
sales office seems dead every day, all day long.
