Steve, your the guy that must be on drugs. You trimmed the part of my
post that you should have read. You're the guy who guaranteed that you
could get the guy $175K for his place. I guess you could guarantee it
because, you are planning to play the same game on a buyer that some
slick agent played on you, when you overpaid in excess of $100K for the
place that you lost 18 months later in foreclosure.
