Realtors, do you refer your mortgages out? If you do, you are throwing
money away. Ever show someone a property, they love it, then they can't
afford the financing? That's wasting your time, and your time is more
valuable than money.

How about getting that person pre qualified before you take them
anywhere? How about not only getting the real estate commission but
also getting the mortgage commission? You know real estate is a game of
numbers. The more people you see the more sales you make. Being able
to do the mortgage would give you a second stream of income. It would
mean less people you would have to turn away. And it would make you a
one stop shop.

National Lending Corp. does just that. It allows you to do mortgages
part time. No licensing requirements, no tests, no special marketing,
you already have the clients. You owe it to yourself to check it out.
