This is great. The title industry is at a tipping point. We are about
to do an end run around locked up referral networks and meet the
consumer directly. Title insurance is not that hard to understand and
given an opportunity to shop I believe the consumer will make the right
choices. Its time for the title industry and consumer to enjoy a free
market based on superior service and pricing that hasn't been padded by
sharing or other referral arrangements.
Once homebuyers and refinancing borrowers understand they can shop for
title and closing services, its a whole new world.
Jason - I welcome this forum and I hope we can discuss alternative
marketing solutions. I am happy to share. I recently started a forum
to help consumers understand title insurance. You and others are
