I love statistics, too. You can back up just about any position, or
take issue with conclusions of others based on the same stats. However,
there seems to be no denying that the RE market is softer than it has
been in recent years. An all-time new record for unsold new
construction is nothing to scoff at, unless you are in seriously deep
denial that conditions have changed. It appears that some real estate
agents are, indeed, in some level of public denial despite the evidence.
