I am looking a developer who is able to buy or resell a ground in south
Poland (Silesia, near Bytom). It is a ground with destination for
commercial use and it's about 100 000 square meters (about 10ha) with
price about 30 Euro per sq. meter. The estate is located near to the
planned highway and it is caprivated in a plan of developement.
