Agent service advice

| I am a home owner trying to sell my property and I have a potential
buyer. The buyer doesnt have an agent yet nor do I. What is the best
solution/real estate agent service for my situation to keep the agent
costs to the very minimum. The price is pretty much agreed upon between
the two of us..

| I would speak to a title company about what they would need to get it closed
and if they have a lawyer, if needed, for some contract work.
I would also ask for a pre-qualification letter with the purchase contract,
just to verify the financing.
Dunno, guys ... any other suggestions?

Why not get a real estate attorney to handle the transaction? Around my
area, most would run you around $500. That'll probably beat any
"percentage" you'd pay with an agent.
