| The Market Rate Forecasts are based upon my professional opinion after
extensive study of the economic factors that affect interest rates.
The fluctuation of interest rates is subject to many factors, all of
which can't be anticipated; this advice is subject to change without
notice.
40 YR FXD-Conventional
Rates are expected to go up
This week's rates will range from 7.000%~7.125%
30 YR FXD-Conventional
Rates are expected to go down
This week's rates will range from 6.500%-6.625%
15 YR FXD-Conventional
Rates are expected to go up
This week's rates will range from 6.250%-6.375%
3 YR ARM (Treasury)-Conventional
Rates are expected to go up
This week's rates will range from 6.250%-6.375%
3 YR ARM (LIBOR)-Conventional
Rates are expected to remain flat
This week's rates will range from 6.00%-6.375%
3 YR ARM (Interest Only)-Conventional
Rates are expected to remain flat
This week's rates will range from 6.125%-6.50%
5 YR ARM (Treasury)-Conventional
Rates are expected to remain flat
This week's rates will range from 6.25%-6.50%
5 YR ARM (LIBOR)-Conventional
