| I am curious if anyone knows of deed restrictions put in place by the
builder ever being enforced after the development is complete.
A deed refers to deed restrictions dated in 1983, to expire in 30 years.
These prohibit (among other things) boats, tents, signs, and commercial
vehicles.
The neighborhood presently has many instances of boats, tents, signs (for
sale), and commercial vehicles.
Has anyone ever heard of a builder enforcing restrictions years down the
road?

The language in the deed is still valid, but the builder is not going
to care unless he still owns homes or lots in the neighborhood.
Hopefully, the builder set up a homeowner's association to enforce it.
