| I am going to be a first time home buyer. I am interested in a single
family house. I am interested in purchasing Pre New Construction in PA
- bordering NJ. I work in Woodbridge, New Jersey. To save money on
property/taxes I am thinking of commuting from PA to NJ - assuming the
savings make the long commute worth it. I do not anticipate any
problems whatsoever with my credit rating. I am employed as an
attorney in New Jersey.
I do not need the house for about 1 year wherein new construction is
preferred - since I won't move in now anyway. I am seeking to spend
$300,000 or less. I prefer not to own a lot of land. I am not a big
fan of lawn maintenance, etc. In fact, a wooded lot would be preferred
- but is not required.
I am a total novice at real estate/taxes/etc - particularly in
Pennsylvania. However, if anybody can provide me with an easy way to
locate new construction in PA (bordering NJ) for single family homes in
my price range, PLEASE let me know. Any info/help is much appreciated.
