Hello everyone,

Comfree is busy posting stats about selling %60 or more homes at or
above list price while Realtors are only able to acheive %40. If this
stat is true then why not use Comfree? If it's not true then why
doesn't someone do something about the false advertising? If I can save
$10k on comission fees and still get the same price as a Realtor then
why not use Comfree? I know I will have to arrange my own viewings and
answer some phone calls but for $10k the 5 hours it might take me seem
more than worth it. Does anyone have anything bad to say about Comfree
other than the Realtors who are on a perpertual rant about how bad
Comfree is (probably cause its stealing their jobs.)? I would like to
hear both sides of the story. What is it really that a Realtor can
give me that Comfree can't and are there any Comfree horror stories?
