Attention Myrtle Beach Home buyers and sellers: WARNING about RE Agent RACHEL BROADHURST

| I have had a very unpleasant experience with Rachel Broadhurst in which
I feel that she acted very unprofessional. During a telephone
conversation with her in which I stated that I was not a happy
customer, she replied "I'm sure that you have customers that are
unhappy with your sorry XXX product". She does not know anything
about me, my company, or our products.
I would like to warn anyone considering utilizing either Rachel
Broadhurst or her two companies, CENTURY 21 Broadhurst & Associates,
Inc. offices and Barefoot Vacations Inc., that you may be in for a
similar, unpleasant experience.

| I have sympathy for you having gone through a similar experience. I
would enumerate, but would fear legal ramifications from this one! If
I were you, I would notify the Board of Realtors and the BBB.
Next time, I will definetly stay clear of her companies as well.
Good luck with your situation.
