Looking for a new home in Oregon's beautiful Willamette Valley?
Interested in selling your current home? I can help!

But I need some help too. I have 1 year experience in the real estate
profession and in that time I have utilized three key avenues to build
my business. Farming in my own and other neighborhoods, advertising in
the local "digital city guide" in the most popular hotels, and in word
of mouth/referral marketing.

I think that the focus of everyone's (including my) marketing does not
do a good job distinguishing one agent from another; nor in focusing on
what customers really WANT in an agent.

Could you (my peers, and more importantly, those OUTSIDE the
profession) give me your opinions on what it is that the average person
really wants in a real estate agent?

Thanks and I appreciate any input.
