I beat my head against the wall for the longest time, trying to
"educate" prospects (almost always unsuccessfully) from a traditional
perspective.

Finally, I got wise and decided to give them exactly what they were
clamoring for: access to distressed property investments.

From that point on, things really took off and I have never looked
back. I'm actually doing better now than I ever was during the so-
called boom market.

If you'd like to know in detail how I do this, email me and I will
tell you. Make sure you reference the subject line here (How I Managed
to Prosper in the "Mortgage Meltdown" Market).

I am not trying to sell you anything. The information I will give you
is free, though I am hoping that qualified individuals will join my
group.
