Property 1 is in Greensboro, NC
Balance on mortgage 1,000,000
Value is 1,550,000

We are looking for the investors who would purchase the properties for
higher price. Please shoot me an e-mail if you are interested in more

REQUIREMENTS:
1) CREDIT SCORE OF 700 +
2) MUST BE EMPLOYED OR SELF EMPLOYED 2years +
3) MUST HAVE ASSETS TO SHOW TO THE BANK

THIS IS ONLY 1 YEAR COMMITMENT with INVESTOR making $60,000 and
mortgage would be pre paid for 1 year. wit NO OUT OF POCKET expenses
for an investor
