Thursday: Fly to the San Jose International airport. Upon arrival you
will be met by one of our
representatives and travel by luxury minibus to explore the developing
Pacific Coast. We will visit the renowned Los Sue=F1os Marina & Golf
Resort in Playa Herradura. Then drive a few miles south to Jaco,the
fastest growing resort area in Costa Rica, where fabulous beaches and
scenic mountains provide a spectacular backdrop to oceanfront condos
and villas. Here you'll enjoy a comfortable hotel for theevening.
Perhaps you'll want to take a sunset stroll and later check out Jaco's
lively nightlife.
Friday: We're off to view the nicest and best valued properties in the
Jaco and Play Herradura area. See beachfront and mountainview locales,
condos, villas, & townhouses, turn-key properties and preconstruction
opportunities. Afterwards, it's south to Quepos, home to the new 300-
slip Marina Pez Vela and then the scenic village of Manuel Antonio. We
will visit selected properties in the area and spend the night in
Manuel Antonio.
Saturday: Visit Manuel Antonio National Park, the #1 tourist
attraction in Costa Rica. This remarkably bio-diverse, seaside
tropical jungle is home to several types of monkeys, tree sloths,
colorful parrots,facinating leaf cutter ants, tiny hermit crabs, and
some of the most picturesque scenery on the planet.
Saturday afternoon we head to the next developing area of Costa Rica-
Dominical. This laid back town on the shores of the Pacific offers
affordable pricing and the opportunity to purchase ahead of the curve.
This area has long been a well kept secret of the privileged, offering
natural seclusion and privacy highlighted by a coastal mountain range
which provides panoramic ocean vistas for exclusive mountainside homes
and villas.
Sunday: Early morning wake-up to see Hacienda Matapalo, the 665 acre
mountainside community we are developing. Set on the Pacific Coast
Highway, this magnificent location is only 800 meters to the Pacific
Ocean and miles of pristine beaches. Tour our rolling hills and
valleys up to the 1,500+ft ridge line with amazing ocean views. You
can tour on horseback, hike mountain trails, or enjoy the comfort of
an SUV to view the property. There will be ample time on this trip to
answer any & all question you may have about investing or living in
Costa Rica. Drive back to Quepos and fly to San Jose. Overnight in San
Jose.
Monday: Free time until you depart San Jose airport for your trip
home.
