Investors can refinance 5+ residential properties into one blanket
loan and close in an LLC to boot. Will free up your credit, improve
cash flow and minimize your liability with an LLC. 1.2 debt coverage
ratio is required. Loan sizes up to 3 million, and up to 80% LTV. Full
